Ultra Vision Crystal-Clear Transparent Security Shutter
With the Ultra Vision Crystal-Clear Transparent Security Shutter, the mission of seamlessly blending high visibility with a minimum headroom requirement (shuttercasing height) has become a realistic prospect. Constructed from super-large UV-resistant transparent links (500 mm wide X 101 mm High x 3mm thick), and interconnected with horizontal aluminum extrusions and featuring a whitecolored powder-coated nish, Ultra Vision looks as grand as its name and elegant as well.
Other distinguishing features and bene ts that Ultra Vision possesses include: Transparent shutter links with a visible height of 81 mm make it the highest product of its type available in the market and significantly enhance the visibility of the shutter as a whole.
Up to a Shutter clear height of 3 m, only 460mm will be required for the headroom that makes installations feasible on most sites, without the need of structural changes.
The transparent shutter links designed with double-sided crescent-shapes are well protected by the four edges, each 10 to 16mm high, which can effectively prevent scratching and damage arising from daily operational contact with the horizontal aluminum extrusions.
The transparent links are made of top-grade polycarbonate materials and will be able to meet the requirements of Airbus Directive (ABD) 0031 Issue E with respect to Smoke and Toxic Gas Emission.
